Guardianship Bonds

Can someone explain the Guardianship bond and what is it used for? Do guardians & conservators appointed by court need to obtain the surety bond for an amount that’s equal or possibly more than the amount in the trust?

Thanks a lot!

Applying For Larger Jobs

I have already been in business for a few months. How long do I have to bid smaller jobs before I can apply and get approved for the Complete Bond Line, a year or longer?
